• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit captivating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm video ideas that align with our brand and engage our audience.
• Optionally develop and produce longer-form videos for YouTube that showcase tutorials, product features, or brand storytelling.
• Monitor social media trends, challenges, and viral content to create videos that feel current and authentic.
• Ensure video content is optimized for various social media platforms in terms of format, resolution, and audience.
• Work closely with the social media team to align video content with broader marketing campaigns.
• Track video performance using analytics and insights to iterate on content strategies and improve engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in video content creation, particularly for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Expert level in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Portfolio showcasing a range of video & creative projects - A MUST
• Ability to develop creative concepts and execute videos with high-production quality
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content formats, algorithms, and best practices for short-form video
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback

• This position has a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York.
