Create sketches, renderings, technical drawings, and design documentation according to brand standards and requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and development teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and remain open to feedback for design improvements. Agility to manage unexpected projects, feedback, and people factors from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and quality standards, optimizing the design process for better execution efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Fashion Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel design, with a preference for outdoor or technical wear design experience.
A minimum of2-3 years of management and leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to drive teams toward achieving strategic goals.
Strong knowledge of outdoor/technical apparel materials and construction (e.g., Goretex, Pertex, Polartec, seam-sealing technology, etc.).
Excellent trend awareness, with the ability to integrate fashion and functionality into designs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
