- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build and drive a business pipeline over multiple quarters.
- Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, including sales and analytical skills.
