- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
- Experience in hunting and acquisition, with knowledge of German Small and Medium Business segment including startups.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build and drive a business pipeline over multiple quarters.
- Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, including sales and problem solving skills.
