- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in Learning and Development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing or learning development.
- Experience building sales curriculum for different sales roles in order to goal skill gaps/opportunities.
- Experience working with various related stakeholder groups. and familiarity with the Ads sales business.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, Google’s learning and development ecosystem or domain knowledge.
- Expertise in creating and designing learning programs for a sales audience.
- Excellent stakeholder management with global perspective and flexibility to effectively work across different time zones and cultures.
