In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Strong experience in SQL with SSIS ETL development experience, including experience in deployment architectures, debugging, and troubleshooting Packages.
- Solid experience in handling large volumes of data and are well-versed in data integration, batch processing and data capturing.
Job Expectations
- 4 + Years of Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL CRUD operations, complex stored procedures, functions, transactions, error handling, logging, audit processes.
- Good hands-on experience on different SSIS transformations like (lookup, conditional split, sort, conversions), various source/target connectivity, script task, event handlers, logging, debugging, nested packages, executing SQL tasks, etc.
- Good hands-on experience in Agile methodology and Proactive in all peer reviews of all deliverables of the scheduled Sprints.
- Active participant in Scrum calls to fulfill the client requirements and collaborate to build healthy relationships.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be as a team player with good communication skills to be able to interact with various stakeholders.
- You are detail-oriented, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and organize and deliver work in a timely manner.
