Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with electrical or mechanical products in the hardware development lifecycle.
- Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA).
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in mechanical drawings comprehension, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Google workspace apps (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with automated inspection systems and equipment, such as
Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM) and laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS).
