HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

1. Work closely with the Trading, Sales, Engineering, Global Operations and Clients to eliminate manual interventions and improve STP.
2. Daily exception monitoring and resolution – this includes but not limited to trade allocations, confirmations, breaks, and fails management
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally (clients, custodians, exchanges etc.)
4. Analyze, determine root cause and drive remediation of post trade manual interventions through configuration, change of behavior and/or technology change.
5. Close interaction with experts from various different teams such as Technology, Projects and Trade Management. This role will involve a large amount of facilitation, negotiation of outcomes and timelines
