Key Responsibilities:
- Actively lead the real estate portfolio and workplace management services and drive CRM with the regional leads to ensure flexible facilities and constant optimization across the region
- Develop a strategic regional end-to-end real estate / workplace management delivery plan
- Deliver regional projects and operate existing facilities within time, cost & quality standards
- Drive the performance and results of the regional real estate portfolio including operations and its execution against regional and global business plans
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee experience aligned with change implementation framework
- Develop and implement regional construction and operations standards / provide input into the global standards
- Pilot, test and review future workplace experience projects
- Develop, own and track capital & operating budgets, including monthly forecasts
- Develop and lead company HSEE strategy, overseeing the implementation of HSEE policies across market offices, retail operations teams, and distribution centers,ensurethecompliance to all applicable global, regional, and local regulations
- Drive data collection & data quality in compliance with global standards
- Create business cases for investment or expense and create transparency and KPI tracking for the region in alignment with global standards
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders
- Balance internal vs. external resources and ensure a flexible set-up while balancing costs and dependencies
- Manage performance & contract management of external suppliers
- Create and maintain a network within the industry to keep informed on key trends and attend relevant conferences to manage learnings and build a talent pipeline
- Develop and lead the regional team, coach, develop and build a high performing team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong experience in leading Real Estate, Facility Management, and Transactions within a corporate environment, ideally for a western multinational company.
- Deep understanding of the GCA region with direct experience in Japan and Korea preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate and operate in complex and culturally diverse markets, balancing global workplace standards with local needs and nuances.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in scaling workplace operations and managing vendor/supply chain ecosystems across multiple geographies.
- Leadership maturity, with a focus on building trust, driving accountability, and operating effectively through ambiguity and change.
- Strategic and operational expertise in workplace management, with a passion for delivering high-quality employee experiences.
- Deep interest in workplace trends and the future of work, with a drive to continuously improve and optimize the workplace experience.
- Excellent English skills
- GCA background strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within a large, international company
- Very strong communication expertise, both written and verbal; ability to communicate and influence at the executive-level
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken) and the regional language; German skills are a plus
- Significant business travel (25-40%) will be required
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in leading and developing large teams
- 10-15 years of experience in the management of corporate real estate properties and projects
