Key Areas of Responsibility
Product Development
- Engage with product teams to ensure supply chain is aligned to the business needs & schedule requirements
- Ensure supplier & fulfillment operations readiness to support time to Market/Volume requirements
- Manage the operations product life cycle management deliverables
Demand Planning
- Partner with business unit product management & sales ops to drive accurate demand planning
- Work with supply chain partners to ensure a closed loop review of demand plan
- Publish “Inventory Plan” (revenue demand + non-revenue demand + hub inventory + buffer)
Fulfillment Management
- Responsible for all activities required to commit and fulfil all customer orders
- Ensure that fulfillment partners have the required capacity to support the timely shipment of orders
- Ensure key B2B tools in support of revenue fulfillment are in functioning order
- Review key metrics such as on time shipment, inventory, etc. to ensure optimal execution
- Closely collaborate with the product cost team to ensure product transformation cost targets are met
Repair operations
- Enable reverse logistics supply chain - refurb/repair capability & capacity
- Manage cost (operational, logistics, & material)
Inventory Management
- Define and implement policies for managing total supply chain inventories including: Buffer Guidelines, Product Transitions, Disposition, Recommend E&O Reserve Bookings
- Manage the total supply chain inventory assets/liability related to the fulfillment and repair of products
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with the demand plan and work with supply base managers as needed to address gaps

Essential Qualifications- Minimum 8 years experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Base Manager or Planner
- BS in Business or Engineering, MBA or MS preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $150,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
