As a Due Diligence Analyst in our Operational Due Diligence Team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in operational due diligence engagements on long only managers on JPM Wealth Management platform

• Set-up and disseminating operationally focused questionnaires across a range of investment strategies and products, and conducting annual due diligence on fund managers and investment strategies

• Prepare for and participate in operational due diligence meetings with third party investment managers; this includes evaluating and forming an opinion on various operational risks such as organizational infrastructure, counterparties and service providers, valuation processes, cyber security, compliance, and regulatory issues

• Review and score responses to operational due diligence questionnaires

• Work and collaborate with control partners in governance, risk, compliance, and internal audit

• Present analysis, findings and opinions at Investment and Governance Committee meetings

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Qualified professional with 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Related experience in fund due diligence, risk advisory, consulting etc. (e.g., Asset Management, Big 4 Audit/Advisory, management consulting, regulatory agency)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party managers

• Good understanding of investment strategies and fund structures

• Investigative skills and attention to detail

• CFA/CAIA designation or any progression towards it will be preferred
