The
Client Executiveplays an active front-line role in realizing EY Luxembourg’s ambitious growth plans. Working with Sector Leaders, Client Service and Solution Partners and their teams, you will work on a portfolio of accounts to drive account growth through active front-line account management.
The successful Client Executive will:
- Understand client strategies, needs and challenges
- Build our relationship footprint and create high-impact relationships
- Translate the client’s agenda into fields-of-play and concrete account development plans
- Develop sales opportunities and manage pursuits to conclusion
- Ensure effective key account meetings
- Drive short, mid, and longer-term revenue plans
- Own well-coordinated action plans
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of the clients’ business agenda (challenges, goals and competition) and their wider market and industry environment
- Drive the development and execution of the account strategies with the account teams aligned with the acceleration program through focused sessions (e.g. field of play) to expedite account growth
- Actively promote the activation of solutions, alliances, and managed services according to the clients’ business agenda by working with the relevant stakeholders in Luxembourg and the global EY network
- Qualify and develop new and existing business opportunities and maximize new sales and cross sell opportunities, maximizing win probability, from lead generation to conclusion
- Co-develop the relationship strategy and support management of client relationship maps
- Increase the level of interactions and expand your network with account target buyers and influencers by organizing dedicated relationship and thought leadership meetings, (EY Club) event invitations and attendance of industry events
- Support the preparation and facilitation of frequent account meetings and focused sessions to advance pipeline opportunities, and maintain and follow through on action plans
- Develop short, mid and longer-term revenue forecasts, maintain sales forecasts and financial performance statistics of the accounts
- Serve as a master connector across the entire account landscape, keeping stakeholders informed with account intelligence and acting as a central point of contact and knowledge
- Assist in the management of tender responses and proposals by qualifying opportunities, defining strategy, facilitating bid/no-bid decisions, developing and engaging the relevant teams to develop/refine RFPs, pricing etc.
- Support Client Experience (ASQ) initiatives and drive action items with relevant Partners
- Reporting to leadership
- Contribute to the ongoing management and development of the AIBD function, tools and practices, communication etc.
- Continuously develop your professional skills relevant to the role and function
- Build and maintain relations with global account teams
Your profile:
- You have graduated with a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or other relevant fields and are looking for a great opportunity to further your career
- You have three to five years’ work experience in a similar role and/or have a good understanding of the financial services industry
- You have good commercial acumen and proven business development and sales skills
- You are skilled at building trusted relationship and networks, internally and externally
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written English – the knowledge of other languages will be considered as a strong asset
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are proficient in using data analytics tools such as Power BI/analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making
- Excellent MS office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required
- You are curious and purpose driven
- You have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
- Time Management skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end
