What you'll be doing - Marketing Operations: Led and optimized marketing operations, tools, and lead tracking systems across the APAC region to improve efficiency and alignment.
- Data Analysis: Partnered with cross-functional teams to monitor real-time performance and analyze data, leveraging tools to drive strategy optimization.
- GTM Execution: Supported PMM and localization initiatives in collaboration with product and business teams.
- Vietnam Field Marketing: Delivered local marketing programs in Vietnam, including events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
What we're looking for - Fluent in English and Chinese, 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and marketing operations, with a strong focus on B2B, funnel strategies, and cross-channel campaign execution across the APAC region.
- Strong analytical mindset, Strong data analysis and management capabilities, with hands-on experience using data and marketing tools to conduct in-depth analysis, build dynamic dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that drive effective marketing decisions.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Salesforce/Eloqua ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of the ad tech and digital advertising industry, with a solid grasp of developer ecosystems — including performance marketing metrics, tools, and optimization best practices.
- Collaborative and proactive team player with strong communication skills and a continuous learning mindset; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results efficiently.
You might also have - Experience in ad tech product marketing is a strong advantage.
- Vietnamese language skills are considered a strong plus.
