As a Pre Payroll support here at Honeywell,you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrollfor our employees in Juarez, Mexico. You will be responsible for various tasksincluding KPI follow-up, reporting, and control, as well as providing employeesupport and administration of TRESS. Additionally, you will serve as the focalpoint for ATM and bank services. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to gather and validate payroll data, calculate incidences and pay rollissues, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Yourattention to detail and accuracy will be crucial in delivering error-freepayroll processing. You will report directly to our Sr. Human Resources Managerand work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on a on-site work schedule. In thisrole, you will impact Honeywell by ensuring that our employees are paidaccurately and on time, contributing to their overall job satisfaction andengagement.

• Gather and validate payroll data,including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with local labor lawsand regulations
• Process payroll accurately and in atimely manner
• Follow up on key performance indicators(KPIs) such as absenteeism, turnover, hours, and overtime
• Generate reports related to payroll andKPIs
• Control and analyze KPI data to identifytrends and areas for improvement
• Provide employee support for contracts,badges, and employee benefits attention
• Administer TRESS system
• Serve as the focal point for ATM and bankservices
• Any other activity related to your workassigned by your immediate boss.

• 3+ years of experience in payrollprocessing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws andregulations in Mexico
• Proficiency in payroll software andsystems
• Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,or a related field
• Experience with SAP or other payrollsystems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
