Validations/reconciliations to ensureintegrity & quality in payroll calculations.
Social security reporting IDSE IMSS.
Social security payments SUA IMSS.
INFONACOT payments.
Local Tax payments.
INFONAVIT payments.
Follow up to employee inquiries in Service Now system.
Generates synergy to interact with authorities
Qualifications:
2 year of experience in Payroll processes.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus.
Critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills.
Able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes.
Good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.
Basic written and spoken English
Intermediate knowledge of social security regulations.
degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting.
