Finally, since this is a WW platform, the unique international requirements add another layer of complexity. These different workflows involve complex sub-tasks and interactions with different retail systems, making this a truly complex and challenging capability with deep tentacles across many systems. The goal of this effort is to improve speed, drastically reduce the time to market, and enhance productivity across the entire product development process. You will work with WW stakeholders to define requirements and gain alignment to deliver a seamless product experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive the development of front-end applications that deliver a best-in-class user experience.- Know the nuances, pitfalls, strengths, and associated best practices of the various web application paradigms (single-page apps, MVC apps, static site generators, etc.).
- Be committed to building scalable, maintainable architectures, and to writing clean, readable code.Successful candidates for this position will have a strong background in building and managing full-stack web applications, leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing infrastructure. You will be creating distributed systems and platforms to transform and model data, to aid research all aspects of HR, including: workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, retention, development, employee benefits, and compensation. You have the ability to adapt quickly to new development environments, changing business requirements, learn new systems, gain new skills, create reliable & maintainable code, and find creative, scalable solutions to difficult problems. You believe in agile development and quick prototypes, and you strive to see your work in action.

- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react

- 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
