Collaborate with some of the largest global retailers to support their unique challenges and provide tailored analytical solutions.
Conduct thorough data analysis to extract insights that will drive business goals, mostly using Snowflake DB and Kibana.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and strategies for all of our products.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in fraud prevention technologies.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics to maximize value and success for Forter’s strategic accounts.
What you’ll need:
Fluency in English and Mandarin language is essential
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience.
Preference working in a client-facing analytics or professional services function, specifically within an enterprise B2B SaaS organization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL is a must, Python is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-quant audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage analytical projects from inception to completion.
An ability to be proactive and strategic with the needs and challenges of our clients.
Experience in fraud prevention analytics is a plus.
Experience in customer-facing interactions is a plus.
