At least 9 years of experience building brand identities and campaigns.
A portfolio or work samples exhibiting a thorough grasp of design principles, animation principles, art direction, typography and visual communication.
Industry experience leading and mentoring teams of Designers and Art Directors through the creative development process (from early exploration to the delivery of a final identity or campaign).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Bachelors degree
Outstanding conceptual design and problem-solving skills.
Strong art direction sensibility and capability to define scalable design principles to achieve results.
Effective collaborator who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating creative input from multiple functional groups, garnering trust and influence.
Dynamic communication style, capable of real-time creative problem-solving in conversation and conveying a strong point of view for design solutions.
Ability to cut through ambiguity and find the path forward, despite uncertainty or challenges.
In-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process, including staffing projects, providing communication and direction, and giving timely and useful feedback to improve creative solutions.
Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D tool)
