Job Description

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive process and quality improvements in Intel's supply chain and logistics strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to optimize operations.
  • Analyze and implement cost-saving initiatives, explore emerging technologies, and contribute to Intel's future technology definition and requirements.
  • Identify and address gaps in roadmap strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demands, while leading supplier selections and driving improvements in quality, reliability, and cost.
  • Establish control standards and monitor performance to ensure supply chain excellence and minimize variability in quality standards and systems.

We're looking for a talented individual who can bring a strategic mindset and technical expertise to drive innovation in our semiconductor supply chain.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience with the following:
    • Supplier and contracts management.
    • Supply Chain Engineering.
    • Program/project management..
    • Data analysis and problem solving.
    • Strategic planning and stakeholder Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related.
  • Supply Chain Optimization : expertise in analyzing and improving supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Business Data Analytics : ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Supplier Management : experience in managing supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and quality control.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Management and Six Sigma to drive process improvements and eliminate waste.
  • Supply Chain Strategy : ability to develop and implement strategic plans to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
