Your responsibilities:
Build & execute 4P plans for Consumer Compute & Gaming Solutions at country level.
Support country needs and execute the business plan, working within given constraints and identifying alternative solutions.
Serve as the spokesperson for market asks within global central teams.
Align with Global Teams on existing solutions, collaborating closely with key stakeholders in countries to ensure market specific requirements are included into the Global Portfolio.
Continuously monitor the technology and competitive landscape, partnering with the Product team to tune existing HP solutions and shape future offerings to ensure HP remains ahead of the technology curve.
Collaborate with alliance partners to build strong growth initiatives.
Develop and implement an end-to-end New Product Introduction plan across Category, Marketing, Sales, and PR.
Establish strong relationships with top retailers in the market.
What we expect:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field
7+ years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field
Expertise in marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and digital marketing
Deep understanding of the AI PC & Gaming industry, including market trends, player preferences, and emerging technologies
Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns
Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive business results
Business fluent in German and English; knowledge of Turkish and/or Polish is advantageous
Passion for innovation and consumer technology
A customer-centric approach, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders
