What you'll do...
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker to visualize insights for stakeholders.
- Develop balanced scorecards and operational excellence KPI reporting for executive leadership.
- Use machine learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, random forests, neural networks) to identify patterns and predict future trends.
- Conduct statistical analysis, such as hypothesis testing and variance analysis, to uncover data relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and integrate predictive insights into business processes.
- Perform data preprocessing, outlier detection, and handling missing values for model optimization.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics with proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark or GCP.
- Strong understanding of time series analysis methods like ARIMA and seasonal decomposition
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex analyses to diverse audiences.
- Experience in predictive modeling techniques such as regression models, clustering, classification, and neural networks
- Knowledge of text analytics or natural language processing (NLP).
