- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Operations Research, or a related field or 10 years of large scale IT deployment or program experience.
- 5+ years of experience with software development-based programs/projects
- 5+ years’ experience in either as a developer, technology consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Direct experience implementing AWS services OR other public cloud solutions
- Thorough understanding of software development/engineering lifecycle and/or product development from conception to delivery. Highly analytical, technically proficient, and demonstrated ability to learn new tools and software quickly
- Industry experience with one of; Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment, Energy or Industrial & Manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to ask effective questions as a part of customer requirements discovery. Responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change, coordinating matrix-managed team resources
- PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified
