across Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) and Insurance sectorsAs a Senior Consultant in our Transformation Execution Practice, you will pursue exciting transformationin WAM, BCM and insuranceinitiatives related to technology and design, plan, and deliver technology-enabled solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • across the Financial Services sector
  • Taking responsibility and leading the delivery of project streams and internal initiatives
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shaping ideas and designing solutions which leverage technology as a competitive advantage
  • Applying storytelling skills and presenting recommendations to our clients in a clear and analytical manner
  • Leveraging and further developing our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for a range of transformation goals
  • Preparing and driving internal- and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessions related to business-led, technology-enabled transformation
  • Co-hosting events & preparing targeted client communications
  • Helping to drive go-to-market and business development initiatives to continuously provide valuable solutions for our clients in a technology-enabled space

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • You have fresh ideas, an innovative mind and have a strong desire to structure and solve problems
  • Have an affinity for technology related topics, a good understanding of the private banking business
  • Are genuinely interested in new technology trends and how they are re-shaping the financial services sector
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in a technology-driven setting (e.g., system integration initiatives, Core banking system migration, large data migration project, merge, and acquisitions implementation), and you are up to date with new technology trends and how they are re-shaping the financial services sector
  • Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences
  • Strong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sector
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, business judgement andstakeholder management skills
  • Strong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographies
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, German, Swiss German and any other language is a plus.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Project management experience in technology transformation projects, including the ability to recognize and track dependencies among projects and/or streams
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
  • Experience in working with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Experience in large transformation projects including several providers
  • Experience in any of the following topics: API design, Robotic Process Automation, AI, Cloud implementation
  • Experience and/or interest in leading a small team as part of a project stream
