The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is made up of deeply dedicated and talented colleagues who work together to ensure the safety of Citi’s and our clients’ assets and information. We manage information security as an end-to-end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability.

• Gather analysis on software programs, applications, and web services while documenting business requirements; questioning, challenging and proposing innovative, automated solutions where necessary.
• Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
• Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
• Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Facilitate effective communication between all appropriate parties and stakeholders.
• Monitoring internal processes while identifying, remedying and when necessary escalating issues and potential risks promptly.
• Enhance customer experience with the application by improving or automating the services as applicable.
• Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics.

What we’ll need from you

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience as a technical business analysis in a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, XML and SQL languages
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAPUI, Postman or similar technologies.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to negotiate/propose effective and practical business solutions.
• Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
• Knowledge of data security and encryption.
