- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
- 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating information into insights.
- Experience with UX disciplines and user centered development tools and methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, finance or a related field, with an emphasis on market analytics.
- Experience with SQL or R.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large and complex data sets and to convert them into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
