Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 2+ years of experience hands-on experience working with DevOps processes and practices in a large-scale engineering environment.
• 2+ years of experience proficiency with engineering tools such as Azure DevOps for managing workflows, pipelines, and team collaboration.
• 2+ years of experience experience using data products like Power BI and Kusto to analyze information, build dashboards, and support decision making.

Prefered Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 8+ years' experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Proven ability to operate and influence teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Demostrated ability to bring clarity to ambiguity by defining success metrics, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional execution.

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
