In this role you’ll develop, execute and optimize national growth programs to help the NA GTM team. Your obsession with delivering exceptional virtual experiences and always-on demand programs will directly accelerate and drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, have a proven record of success, and be data-driven in decision making.


In this role, you will:

  • Ideate, plan, and execute on our monthly virtual experience series that showcases our thought leadership in engaging ways and for different audiences.

  • Collaborate with sales development, sales, and channel to select topics and speakers in order to produce a plan that consists of both bespoke and existing messaging, leaning into topics that are top of mind for our audience.

  • Manage our 3rd party appointment setting programs, ensuring that target lists are refreshed, team expectations are met, and operational processes are efficient

  • Cross-functionally align with the larger marketing team, including regional marketing, global demand generation, channel marketing, and digital marketing, to understand existing opportunities, improvement areas, and handoffs to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and prospects.

  • Be an internal evangelist of these programs within and outside of marketing to ensure they are top of mind and used by our internal stakeholders.

  • Set and track towards established program metrics, managing timelines, experimentation, budget, and ROI.

  • Experiment and evaluate additional vendors as well as keeping up to date on B2B growth marketing trends and techniques.

  • Additional support for field events as needed

The skills you’ll bring include:

  • 2-3+ years experience managing enterprise B2B technology marketing programs

  • Experience using marketing, sales, and webcast tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Goldcast, Sendoso, and more.

  • Track record of using a breadth of foundational B2B marketing tactics (webinars, appointment setting, etc.) to build pipeline and nurture accounts.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills

  • Proven project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
