In this role, you will…
- Work with team to develop new polymer materials synthetic route at optimum conditions.
- Work with team to develop and optimize individual process steps to deliver material quality specification that can be achievable at commercial scale.
- Characterize process variables and define boundary conditions especially on impurities formations and minimization.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety working practices.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a master’s or Ph.D.’s degree in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or related filed with at least one quarter/semester to complete after internship.
- Must be available to work full time during the summer months (May – August)
- This position is located in our San Jose office and requires in-person attendance at the office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) from May-August 2025.
- Candidates with lab experiences is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
