As a Marketing Automation Specialist at JFrog you will...
  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and analyze automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing programs, segment audiences, and create personalized workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management: Ensure data hygiene within the CRM and marketing automation systems, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Set up and maintain analytics and reporting on campaign performance, marketing ROI, customer engagement metrics, and funnel performance. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets to optimize conversion rates and overall campaign success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and creative teams to align marketing strategies, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing automation efforts comply with data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
To be a Marketing Automation Specialist at JFrog you need…
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficient in Marketo. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing, lead scoring, lead nurturing, campaign performance tracking, building landing pages and segmentation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders across different departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot automation processes and workflow issues.
  • Certification (Preferred): Certification in Marketo is an added advantage.
