Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated leader with a in Electronics domain to be part of world class DFT team. Join a great team of engineering professionals who are involved in development, validation and delivery of DFT/TEST for IBM’s next generation microprocessor chip designs and Socs.
In this position you will be working with highly talented engineers working on cutting edge technologies. As DFT lead,
you will be required to interact and fulfil the requirements of IBM’s Hardware Bring-up/TEST teams, Silicon Debug and
understanding Shipped Product Quality Level requirements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- This is a role for Principal DFT Engineer/Test Lead withproven experience in Design For Test
- Prior experience in leading DFT design implementation,validation and postsilicon bringupUnderstanding of DFT planning, architecture and DFTsign off modules, familiarity with synthesis and timinganalysis
- Prior experience of leading and managing a team of DFT/TEST engineers
- Proficient and hands-on experience in DFT architecture& methodologies that includes Scan compression andinsertion, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, ATPG, BoundaryScan), fault models, simulation, JTAG/IJTAG, IPintegration and validation and silicon debug.
- Experience with Industry standard DFT tools
- Proven knowledge of VHDL & Verilog, RTL design andmicro-architecture skills
- Prior experience in coding Python3 & C programming languages
- Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Willing to work at technical level as well as with cross domain leads and teams.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Microcontrollers/Microprocessor/Computer Architecture
- Functional Verification knowledge is a plus
- Data Structures knowledge is a plus
- GitHub/Bitbucket skill
