You will be the engineering representative on behalf of the Data Center Engineering Team responsible for the successful delivery of projects, which meet strict quality and performance levels.Utilizing your Civil Engineer knowledge, you will assist in data center site selection, preparation of due diligence reports, undertake site planning and development and play a pivotal role in the delivery of data center environments regionally.Key job responsibilities- Standards Development: Shape the future of campus designs by developing and upholding design standards, create design prototypes, and specifications, ensuring excellence in every project.- Leadership Opportunities: Lead the charge in managing external design consultants, guiding them through design and construction phases to achieve project delivery targets.- Effective Communication: Articulate design direction and requirements clearly to project partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.- Innovative Problem-Solving: Employ creative thinking to discover innovative solutions that optimize costs without compromising quality or reliability throughout the construction process.Diverse Experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years civil engineering experience on land development, large industrial, warehouse or commercial projects.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil3D, Stormwater modelling software, Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks and MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in earthworks, grading, paving, storm water, utility design and masterplanning.

- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standard including local and international standards.
- Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously. Motivated, dependable, and capable of working with limited oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
