AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery (DCCD) is looking for a Systems Administrator to develop and own a Smartsheet-based solution to support the global DCCD organization. Responsibilities include establishing the product roadmap, tool development, and ongoing maintenance. In addition to these responsibilities, this role also has program management duties such as inventing and simplifying processes, managing program communications, onboarding and training users, and establishing training and program related documentation.You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. 3+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience building and maintaining Smartsheet-based solutions.
