What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements from collaborators and provide analytical support for business initiatives.

• Work independently to design and implement data integration and interpretation workflows, parameterized reports, and visualizations.

• Develop Alteryx workflows to merge, aggregate, and transform data from various sources and create comprehensive datasets for analysis.

• Develop Tableau dashboards to identify trends, patterns and insights that drive decision making and process improvements.

• Develop process-oriented solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Monitor report performance and data quality. Solve issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

What we need to see:

• 5+ years related work experience including significant experience using Alteryx and Tableau Designers.

• Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification recommended.

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst recommended.

• Experience working closely with Sales or Planning Team.

• BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related fields

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• In-depth knowledge of process optimization methodologies and tools

• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and business team members.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
