WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
We are looking for a detail-oriented, operations-minded, self-starter to join the North America Express Lane Operations team. This role will work in partnership with the North America Express Lane Operations team to support operationalizing the Footwear and Apparel strategy, provide ongoing calendar management, and work to improve tools and capabilities to ensure business objectives are met. This teammate must have a passion for product and process excellence, be curious to discover innovative ways of working to improve efficiency, solve problems before they arise, foster effective teamwork, and have a knack for new tools and capabilities to help our fast teams move faster.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
Familiar with product creation process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Passion for process excellence and simplification; unlocking innovation, collaboration, and improved ways of working
Experience in Microsoft Office, Slack, Miro, Smartsheet, and Keynote
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Build and maintain strong working relationships with North America Express Lane stakeholders, including product creation, North America Merchandising, and Global and Geography Operations
Partner in seasonal calendar management, coordinating process activation and communication
Explore and develop tools and capabilities to create efficiencies for Footwear and Apparel product creation
Provide general organization for product creation assets
