Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing/conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.

• Providing technical support for complex multi-vendor and 3rd party OSS Applications (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on the applications already deployed to end customer/user.
• Working extensively on the products include: - FlowOne application / BST/Catalogue/P&A /UIV /OM/OH and cloud management.
• Proficiently working on Linux / Open Shift and FlowOne applications.
• POD rescaling, Configuration changes, Application management, Component Management.
• Proficiently managing FlowOne / BST/Catalogue/P&A /UIV /OM/OH application.
• Ensure interworking of OSS applications to multiple network Elements are connected and all functions are working well (alarm sync, PM data sync, configuration Management etc.)
• Handling Critical and Emergency network incidents with stakeholders/Care.

• Must have excellent working experience on products like: FlowOne, Service Order Management, UIV, OM, OH.
• Good to have experience on databases like Oracle, NeO4j, Mongo etc.
• Must have deep knowledge of Open Shift, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Working knowledge of Neo4J, Mongo Db, Oracle.
• Scripting knowledge such as python for automation.
• Must thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Must be ready to work in global time zone/calendar days.
• Must have knowledge of ITIL Process.
