Provide overall Lean leadership at the segment level and drive the Lean transformation by serving as a champion, coach, and mentor for change.
Developing funnel of variable cost productivity (VCP) and delivering against these for AVS
Leading the Lean team of 10+ individuals across the organization
Partner with global business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen events and Lean initiatives, partnering with both segment + regions
Drive the execution of Kaizens and Lean events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement plan and develop Standard Work across processes.
Develop and deploy Lean behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the AVS segment.
Provide training and development to employees on Lean principles and practices.
Lead AVS’ operating mechanisms (MORs, SORs, LTS, WWPP) in partnership with subject-matter experts. Drive operational execution of critical projects at AVS level incl VCP.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in leading Lean transformations and driving continuous improvement in a complex, global organization.
Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
