Co-managing the operations of the R&D function in the I&S Business Units, including course correction required to stay on track with financial and non-financial performance targets.
Supporting strategic decisions through sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.) and interaction with business stakeholders.
Monitoring the innovation assets on the balance sheet of the Business Units and the related Organizational Reporting Units (ORUs).
Identifying risks and opportunities to current financial projections and taking corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).
Coordinating the innovation portfolio management process together with the R&D and strategy leaders.
Conducting investment business case reviews.
Managing relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs, and jointly ensuring financial control.
Ensuring business integrity: driving adherence to GBP, revenue recognition. Monitoring and controlling functional processes and their execution for ICS/SOX compliance. Maintaining proper financial documentation.

5-8 years or more of progressive working experience and roles in, e.g., Finance, FP&A, financialcontrol, management reporting, and analysis, preferably within an international environment.
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or related studies.
