o Conduct precise quantity take-offs and apply construction means and methods.
o Partner with procurement staff to develop clear and concise statements of work for subcontractors and vendors.
o Analyze contractor bids, ensuring alignment with project estimates.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
o Mentor and guide junior estimators, fostering their professional development.
o Maintain a robust historical cost database, leveraging data to refine future estimates.
o Create and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.
