The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • The Gross Inventory Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and executing business and system procedures that will help solving issues of current processes as well as keeping stakeholders informed on actions and impacts.
  • Design and deliver reports/tools that will help facilitate financial analysis in actuals, as well as supporting projection models.
  • Partner with other Cost and Inventory pillars (Units, Allocation and Reserves), BU and IT for better alignment on system vs business process.
  • Own and execute SOX controls required and identify risks associated with the control.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to distill complex data into key executive-level messages and insights.
  • Orientation to details, time management, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience using modeling, quantitative skills, and business knowledge to identify problems, create actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, IT Management, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Basic SQL (creating queries, working with views and tables) and PBI basic knowledge.
  • Advance English level.
  • Must have a permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior Cost and Inventory, Manufacturing processes or Financial Reporting experience.
  • 1 year of experience working with PnL (Profit and Loss) and Balance sheet.
