The Director, TAM will manage technical scoping and implementation of integrations on the platform and will serve as the technical leader in client conversations. Comfort with the tech of the digital marketing ecosystem and specifically across search, social and retail media channels is a must. This position requires the individual to be technically savvy, have the ability to understand and break down complex technical concepts, manage and lead by example, and bring new ideas for solving industry, client, and company challenges.
Responsibilities:
● Direct client interaction; managing clients' expectations and deadlines
● Serve as project manager on complex projects, own the SOW process
● Work closely with Client Services teams on projects and escalations
● Be an expert on Skai integrations and overall digital marketing ecosystem
● Develop tools to help TAM team work more efficiently
● Act as a liaison between the TAM team and Product/Engineering/Dev/Sales teams
Requirements: Skill/Attributes
● Proactive self-starter, especially in a SaaS environment
● Technology savvy, has the ability to hold deep technological and integration discussions and excels in finding solutions
● Hands-on understanding of web technologies e.g. java scripts, HTML, databases etc.
● Results oriented; Acts with integrity, takes ownership and is accountable for delivering on company’s forecasts and goals
● Demonstrated leadership of distributed team
Qualifications
● 8+ years of experience in professional services environment
● 2+ years of experience managing implementation teams
● 2+ years of experience in paid search or other digital marketing channels or technically savvy to pick the tech of digital marketing quickly
● Experience with databases and web technologies
● Programming background with ability to create quick hacks is a plus
