Job Description

So, what will you will be responsible for?

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• Work within an operational Engineering function in support of site manufacturing operations.
• Participate in writing / revising / rolling out operational processes and procedures, training materials and maintenance procedures for various Engineering and EHS systems.
• Work closely with Plant Engineering and Process Engineering technical personnel on equipment maintenance and performance issues.
• Work closely with Plant Engineering Utilities on Clean Utilities performance and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues by performing investigations, root-cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead investigations to ensure robust CAPA’s are identified and implemented.
• Identify and action areas of operational improvement. Provide guidance to Manufacturing personnel on use of equipment.
• Drive and Support Quality and EHS audit readiness activities.
• Complete periodic reviews and other compliance documentation aligned with the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Complete all documentation in compliance with GMP and GxP standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, perform root cause analysis on system failures e.g. FMEA, Fishbone diagrams, 5 why's etc,
• Collaborating with others by sharing your skill-set and expertise
• Drive compliance with our companies Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions, including maintenance of accurate records.

The ideal person will:

• Have completed an Engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
• Have a passion for problem solving and process improvement.
