Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored Salesforce AI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable enterprise solutions.

  • Work with frontend, backend and DevOps to deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.

  • Drafting solution proposals, technical documentation, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) implementations.

  • Staying updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce products and features, like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.

  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, including APIs, integrations, and data management.

  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Knowledge of CRM best practices, business processes, and industry-specific use cases.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and third-party integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and AI/ML deployment best practices.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise software integration.

  • Experience with Python, Node.js, or Java for developing technical solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of apex code, metadata API

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

  • Experience building agent with AgentForce or other agentic platform such as llamaindex, langchain

  • Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management and MLOps.

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS solutions and CRM platforms.

  • Problem-solving mindset to design scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions.

  • Presentation skills for product demos, workshops, and client interactions.
