Based in Gyeongsang, responsible for managing and covering the assigned Gyeongsang territory.
Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and growth market assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Develops an action plan(i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly figures and reports identifying the needs of accounts and discussing issues with manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goal.
Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales
Manages key customers through in-service/procedural observations including electrophysiology study and radiofrequency/cryo/pulse field ablation performed in the electrophysiology laboratory
Collaborates/Manages with channel partners on market analysis, business strategy development, demand planning, and schedule management to achieve annual sales targets.
Conducts customer education programs to promote the benefits and proper use of our electrophysiology products and attend related meetings, conferences, and exhibition on behalf of Boston Scientific
Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for EP systems and catheters.
Attends cases in hospital labs, accounts for case support and development efforts of our capital systems and their components.
Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
Will be required to maintain/develop advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape.
Required to attend training sessions in Seoul for several weeks, depending on the level of EP (Electrophysiology) knowledge acquired.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as needed to ensure area coverage and business support.

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
