What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Design and Implement New Features: Develop and integrate new features based on business requirements, improving the system’s functionality
- Improve User Experience: Focus on making the system more intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather feature requirements and deliver solutions
- Bug Fixing and Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any defects or performance issues in the existing system
- AI-Driven Enhancements: Implement and integrate AI algorithms, for document analysis, automatic data extraction, or risk assessment
- Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation
- Experience: At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development
- Angular: Expert-level knowledge of Angular (preferably the latest versions), including state management, component-driven architecture, and building dynamic, scalable applications
- .NET Core: Proficient in building back-end services using .NET Core, C# and understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- SQL Server: Strong experience with SQL Server and writing efficient queries for data manipulation and retrieval
- Elasticsearch: Familiarity with integrating Elasticsearch for search and analytics functionalities
- AI Knowledge: Experience or foundational knowledge in integrating AI technologies (such as machine learning models, natural language processing, or recommendation algorithms) into applications
- Front-End Development: Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, including responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Tools: Experience with version control systems like Git, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) tools, and Agile methodologies
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests
