RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Upsell Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel expansion programs geared toward capturing customer whitespace and breaking into new business units within existing accounts.
  • Cross-Sell Pipeline: Facilitate marketing campaigns aimed at generating customer demand for Gong’s sales engagement and forecasting applications.
  • Campaign Enablement: Ensure the Sales and Customer Success teams have the right materials to follow up effectively on marketing qualified leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of upsell and cross-sell campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results and maximize impact.
  • In-app Channels: Partner with the User Journey, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to optimize the performance of our in-app channels.
  • Go-to-Customer: Aid in the launch of new products by driving awareness and adoption of new features and use cases.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing or demand generation in a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to drive improvements in marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive customer action.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
