Senior Consultantwho will support our global and local clients of different sizes, industries and functions. You will accompany organizations in the implementation of company-wide transformation programs - from strategy and concept development to implementation. You will help our clients transform their procurement organizations to the next desired level.
Your key responsibilities
You will support procurement leaders in implementing transformations in Procurement as the world becomes digital, consumer needs change and the shape of the Procurement fundamentally changes
You will work closely with clients to develop, deliver and become a trusted advisor in the next generation of Procurement
You will help on the digital procurement transformation of your clients as well as advising them on how to continue to drive top line and bottom-line improvements
You will perform thorough data and information gathering via client interviews, process workshops, document reviews to undertake in depth business, operational and process analyses independently, under supervision of a project manager
You will synthesize analysis results and draw meaningful conclusions and alternative solutions, design results in structured format
You will prepare and facilitate operational and process assessment and design workshops
You will build your management consulting and procurement capabilities to become a valued contributor to our clients’ transformations and for your own personal career journey
What we look for
Skills and attributes for success
Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Procurement related fields
Minimum 5 years relevant procurement experience at a management consultancy or in industry through working in complex and significant project delivery
Excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian language in a professional environment
Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project and ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle etc.)
Hands on category knowledge of complex cost reduction programs across direct and indirect spend, including the use of advanced procurement analytics techniques, tools and approaches
Experience in Source-to-Pay processes and KPIs
Knowledge of change management in complex multi-business unit and/or multi-geography environments (experience in the GBS sector is an advantage),
Significant experience and knowledge of designing and implementing procurement operating model changes
Leading and managing procurement capability
