As a T at Honeywell, you will report directly to the Global Operations Finance Leader and oversee the finance transformation portfolio, monitor its execution, manage transformation day meetings, refine the operating system for transformation, and lead the Transformation Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall financial performance and success of Honeywell. You will lead, identify and support transformation initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and drive cost reduction efforts. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, develop business cases for investment opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading the Controllership Finance function in a matrix environment and delivering communications and program governance across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Leading annual processes and growth initiatives across Controllership organization.
- Continuously reviewing and recommending changes to the current monthly cadence and operating model.
- Leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve Controllership objectives.
- Building partnerships with IT, Enterprise Transformation, and Strategic Business Units.
- Identify and implement projects around the latest technologies, including AI technology and BOT technology
- Executing multi-year plans to enable Finance functions, grow capability maturity, and establish governance.
- Working with Controllership to design future state processes.
- Driving monthly routines for Finance Transformation and providing updates to Finance Leadership.
• 10+ years of finance experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Finance process knowledge in the areas of controllership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with process re-design and Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in a corporate finance role supporting transformation programs
• Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and global organization
• Strategic mindset and ability to think analytically
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
