A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into a College Graduate/Technical Graduate position as appropriate.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to perform:
- Data population and maintenance for factory and Assembly and Test planning systems.
- Reporting publication and indicator tracking.
- Troubleshooting for the process/activities owned and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Participates and contributes to continuous improvement activities to meet business productivity and data quality requirements.
- Assigned task independently within specified timeline/benchmark.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (willing to remain at least 1.5 years as active student).
- Advanced English level.
- Costa Rica work permit.Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Supply Chain background.
- Statistics knowledge.
- Data Analysis.
