The current role is that of a Payroll Analyst whose responsibilities could be summed up as below:

• Accountable for end to end payroll process of assigned countries

• Gather information from various departments on payroll inputs and share the details with service provider in prescribed formats

• Preparing and posting all payroll journal entries & reconciliation of accounts

• Co-ordinate with accounting and finance team to arrange payroll funds

• Consolidating bank details and upload for salary process

• Timely submission of filings, reporting and payments to statutory bodies

• Clarify all queries related to payroll either with employee or service providers or internal teams

• Handling External and Internal Audits

• Support other payroll activity, specific to the region

• Ensure confidentiality of employees & pay records

• Capable of identifying process challenges

• Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner

• Effective communication/articulation skills

• Problem Solving and customer service mindset

• Very strong calculation / analytical skills

• Any graduation preferable with a finance background

• Payroll professional with 3-5 years' experience in global payroll environment

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
