As a Payroll Analyst your responsibilities will entail the below functions:
Accountable for end to end payroll process of assigned countries
Gather information from various departments on payroll inputs and share the details with service provider in prescribed formats
Preparing and posting all payroll journal entries & reconciliation of accounts
Co-ordinate with accounting and finance team to arrange payroll funds
Consolidating bank details and upload for salary process
Timely submission of filings, reporting and payments to statutory bodies
Clarify all queries related to payroll either with employee or service providers or internal teams
Handling External and Internal Audits
Support other payroll activity, specific to the region
Ensure confidentiality of employees & pay records
Capable of identifying process challenges
Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
Effective communication/articulation skills
Problem Solving and customer service mindset
Very strong calculation / analytical skills
Any graduation preferable with a finance background
Payroll professional with 2-5 years' experience in global payroll environment
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
